Choose a tool to see when to use it and how it works. Open its interactive guide when ready.

Use it when: Move a presentation, PDF, photo or folder to another device.

Select your files. Choose Select Files for presentations, PDFs and media. Select Folder is for whole directories.
Connect the receiving device. Use Connect receiver to open the session, then choose an existing share link, QR code or manual room code + password.
Wait for approval. Keep both tabs open. The receiver reviews the incoming files and accepts before data is sent.
Complete the transfer. Watch progress and wait for the receiver to verify and save the files.
